Returns policy

If you have decided you don’t like/no longer require the item/changed your mind you can send it back to us in original packaging within 14 days of purchase date with all contents that it was received with however the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility and we don’t refund the original postage price.

If postage on the item you have purchased is free please be aware that if you change your mind on this product, the cost we have paid on shipping originally will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is proven to be damaged or faulty

*Please note once you purchase this item you are agreeing to pay a postage that won’t be refunded should you change your mind as we ourselves also won’t get this back*

We recommend this to be sent tracked as it’s your responsibility until we receive the item back.

Once Received we will process your refund in 1-2 working days.

Faulty items

If you receive an item faulty please contact us immediately with name, order number, date of purchase and address.

We will also need photos of the damaged item and of packaging.

*If tape/any adhesive has been applied to the product we will not be able to issue you a refund*
