Shipping policy

If you have decided you don’t like/no longer require the item/changed your mind you can send it back to us in original packaging within 14 days of purchase date with all contents that it was received with however the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility and we don’t refund the original postage price. 

*Please note once you purchase this item you are agreeing to pay a postage that won’t be refunded should you change your mind as we ourselves also won’t get this back, this also applies when ordering a parcel with free postage please bare in mind that the original postage we pay will be deducted from refund* 

We recommend this to be sent tracked as it’s your responsibility until we receive the item back.
Once Received we will process your refund in 1-2 working days.

Items posted outside of UK

We cannot be held responsible for any customs/taxes you may receive from our products being shipped outside of the UK, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay any fees.

None of our products come with an ABE license please keep this in mind when ordering outside of the UK
